My kids definitely have a taste for vintage, vintage recipes that is. We have a tradition of eating 'danish hotcakes' on special occasions. This is a family recipe that was only acquired after watching my husbands great -grandfather make these on many occasions. I am thankful for the people who spent so much time acquiring this recipe so that we can now enjoy it.
